His background in commerce, coupled with a deep-rooted understanding of the industry, equips him with invaluable insights into consumer preferences and the challenges of the retail landscape. DANIELA ZAREMBA

CREATIVE DIRECTOR 

Daniela Zaremba, Co-Owner and Creative Director at PurParket, plays a pivotal role in propelling the company's growth and fostering innovation. With an extensive background spanning more than two decades in interior design, Daniela's expertise has been cultivated through her academic achievements, including honors earned at Sheridan College, as well as hands-on experiences working alongside architects and participating in HGTV home renovation shows.
 

Grounded in her design philosophy, which draws inspiration from both art and the natural world, Daniela actively shapes PurParket's distinct identity. Her artistic sensibilities drive the brand's evolution as she collaborates on pioneering colour palettes and collections. Dedicated to nurturing enduring relationships, Daniela shares PurParket's commitment to sustainable flooring practices with architects and designers, thereby furthering the brand's impact and influence.
 

Daniela's leadership was particularly evident during the expansion of PurParket's Toronto facility, where she spearheaded initiatives aimed at significantly reducing the company's carbon footprint by an impressive 70%. This demonstrates her steadfast dedication to environmental responsibility and sustainability practices.


Even after two decades in the field, Daniela's passion for education and her ongoing contributions to the industry remain steadfast, reflecting her enduring commitment to excellence and advancement within the realm of design and sustainability.

THALIA SIEBEN

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & OPERATIONS

Thalia has deep roots in the wood industry, having grown up immersed in the world of flooring and building materials. From a young age, she spent her summer holidays traveling with her father, visiting retailers across the country. These early experiences fostered a passion for the industry and a strong understanding of the market dynamics.


At 22, she began her professional career working at a large flooring retailer in British Columbia. Her dedication, industry knowledge, and strong work ethic quickly set her apart, leading to her appointment as Territory Manager for Western Canada at PurParket by the age of 24. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and sales skills, significantly expanding the company's presence in the region.


In addition to her work at PurParket, she also served as the President of the BC Floor Covering Association for four years, where she played a key role in shaping the future of the flooring industry in the province. Her leadership and contributions during this time were widely recognized and respected by her peers.


In 2021, her continued success and dedication to the industry led to her promotion to Vice President, Sales & Operations. In this role, she continues to drive the company's growth and innovation, while staying true to the values and traditions that have defined her career. With over a decade of experience, she remains committed to leading PurParket to new heights, ensuring the company’s position as a leader in the engineered flooring industry.
